@virginmedia No - that involves going through options. I don't want to listen to options. I want to speak to a human. Nobody likes the options. Your broadband is faster than Sky's but your customer service is infinitely worse . (Sky have humans answer their calls).

@virginmedia My services have been disconnected so I would have to use my phone data in order to do a web chat. This is not acceptable either. Apparently it is due to charges outside my package, but no one will issue me with a bill to see these charges. They just demand payment!

@Hopperz1980 @virginmedia It's nothing do with Virgin. I'm with Sky and it's just a frozen picture and terrible sound. Although sound is now fixed but picture is just frozen
