  @comcast Well, I spent an hour on the phone trying to reduce my bill, was told it would be lowered only to not have any changes go through. Spoke with another rep who also couldn’t/wouldn’t help

  @Coach_Gibby @ATT I’ve had comcast and spectrum in the past and both had far better customer service than AT&T. At least in my experience.

  @KSiteTV @xelfindarlander Took 11 days for the first crew to arrive in Sarasota. Like everyone else, if communication was reasonable, people would relax. Corporate apathy breeds contempt. 15 days down but they are 90% restored. Huzzah for Comcast. Pffffft... sure. Seriously,hope y'all are ok in Ft Meyers

  @simonhardwick What are you switching from? Here it in the US it relatively quick, swapped from Verizon to Xfinity - which uses VZW network but comes under the TV/Internet bill & is cheaper. Had to go to the VZW store for a sec to cancel, then got the new Sim. Installed and ready to go.
