@O2 ridiculously poor service. On holiday in Egypt, receive a text to say we can use O2 Travel for £6 a day, now the call centre operator tells me it’s not possible. So no data for entire holiday. Furious.

@O2 its not building material inside and out i am having issues, i can place my phone to the window where there is minimal material and still have issues dont pull that one, my partner on EE has full coverage so it cant be building material, unless the o2 signal is inferior to EE

@O2 previous O2 customer here trying to get copy of last 12 months bills but cannot log into portal. Tried calling and have been in the holding system for 39 minutes… please advise. Thanks!

@O2 Clearly all your customers have problems if it’s taking this long for response and adequate actions! I just want my refund which I’m entitled to nothing more nothing less and for the lies and false promises to stop!

@O2 Apologies, I used the term disconnected to mean the SIM was unusable through no choice of my own. My mistake. The new SIM is having the same issues, annoyingly. It's the network availability in Chester. Not the SIM.

@O2 I appreciate that, and I really do understand that this isn't your fault. But it remains an absolute p***take to charge me for a service you know you can't provide and to want to charge me more than is left on my contract to leave early. That's abysmal customer service.

@O2 no signal. On phone with your colleagues via different number. Great to see you get people in SA to work for problems in the UK. However it be great that they call back on the number as promised. Rather than me wasting 31 mins get hung up to do a test and no call for 2 hrs
