EEL PASO POLICE DEPARTMENTyesterdayAgencyA home was shot at in Northeast El Paso placing several residents inside the home in danger. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department ask for help identifying these shooters through the “Crime of The Week.” On Friday, May 17 at 10:18 P.M., multiple shots were fired into a home around the area of Branon St. and Rushing. Several residents were inside the home when the shooting took place including a child under 10 years of age. No injuries were reported; however, the shooting did result in a variety of damages to the home. Investigators found images of the vehicle believed to be involved in the shooting. The vehicle is described as a red or orange Dodge Challenger with chrome rims and tinted windows. EEL PASO POLICE DEPARTMENT2+ weeks agoAgencyA man held up a Northeast El Paso pizzeria at gunpoint. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department ask for help identifying this armed robber through the “Crime of The Week.” On Saturday, April 27, at 10:40 P.M., a man walked into the Pizza Hut at 6110 Dyer, pointing a black handgun. The armed suspect threatened an employee who was at the cash register and demanded money from the business. The suspect fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is a Hispanic male, 5’4” in height, and has a thin build and short hair. He wore a bandana over his face, a burgundy hooded jacket with gray sleeves, a blue or gray long-sleeve shirt, light-colored pants, and black Puma brand athletic shoes.
