Driver MEDFORD Ore The body of James Dale Ricks 31 of Central Point has been recovered from the Rogue River A search had been organized by state police after Ricks' pickup truck plunged into the water at an early hour New Year's Day A witness told officers he saw a pickup truck with Ricks at the wheel go through the bridge guard rail and disappear into the river Officers were told that Ricks and his wife who spent New Year's Eve in a local bar and restaurant had an argument after returning home He reportedly jumped into the pickup truck and left and she got in her car and followed but lost police he lost between $80 and $100 several orders of pizza and some beer Investigators said Watt was accosted by two men wearing ski masks over their faces when he made a pizza delivery to a west
