@ZiplyFiber Our internet has been down for 24 hours. A tech is schedule to come today, something about the backup battery or ONT. but now they said there’s an outage? I don’t see anything online about an outage 26 hours into it. Where is outage?

@ZiplyFiber's been overcharging me $25 a month for the 50/50 service they provide since March of last year, and the online chat rep could only offer me $55 in creditsSomehow I don't think the math works out

So glad I got to spend 9 hours in a mostly empty house today waiting for @ZiplyFiber @AskZiplyFiber to show up before I had to reschedule for next Thursday. Thankfully a very good friend is covering for me by waiting there on Thursday but wtf?

@TeilynGaming @ZiplyFiber they sent me to collections 6 months after i cancelled saying i never cancelled and I owe them for every month after. I even settled and paid it partial to end it completely for good. and still went to collections.

@HEYYYYKP @ZiplyFiber The internets been out since LAST Monday and I was told by their twitter team that “there’s no outage in my area” that’s not what the guy on the phone told me. Imagine being that incompetent at your job that you don’t know if my area has an outage or not

@_neelc @matvelloso @ZiplyFiber If there is latency spikes with CL GPON, contact them. I was an early adopter into CL GPON, back when you had to call a special number just to get support. They had really damn good techs, specialists at the time, and helped diagnose CL GPON network wide issues with me.
