A barbeque grill is available for whipping up a lunch masterpiece that you can dine on al fresco under the shaded patio. As the day winds down, gather around the firepit, toasting up tasty treats while you regale one another on the adventures of the day. Better still? Your furry friend gets to come along and join in on all the fun as well!

Just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you’ll be within easy reach of delicious restaurants, chic boutiques, cozy cafés, and scenic trailheads taking you on the hiking adventure of a lifetime. Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Closer to the home, championship golf courses are in abundance, each featuring its own set of challenging fairways surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
•Washer and dryer in home.
•Driveway and street parking available for 3 vehicles maximum.
•Pool heat is optional with a daily $100 fee. Please contact the Customer Care Team at least 24 hrs prior to arrival to have this fee added.
•Pet friendly! Maximum 2 small dogs, 50 lbs. or less allowed. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
•This home is equipped with three (3) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the garage, actively monitoring the driveway. The second is mounted on the front door, actively monitoring the home’s entrance. The third is mounted on the back of the home, actively monitoring the back yard.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 15-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.

Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

3. This is a non-smoking property, you will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs should evidence of smoking be encountered upon check out.
4. Please do not exceed the maximum number of guests or vehicles allowed. Which is as follows: Overnight guests: 6, Daytime guests: 10, Vehicles: 3
5. The pool and spa can be heated for an additional $100 per day. Please note that the pool and spa are interconnected, one cannot be heated without the other. There is NO separate fee to heat only the spa. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We must receive payment before turning the heat on.
6. Palm Springs has a strict no noise ordinance that must be obeyed and is strictly enforced. No noise may be heard from the property lines. Therefore, no outside music or electronic devices allowed outside, at any time. A fine and possible eviction will be imposed without chance of refund.
