Critical:Cleanliness,Professionalism,Quality,ValueI never write reviews let alone bad reviews but i thought i would help someone if they’re thinking of going here. This was my first time getting my lashes done and there were so many red flags throughout my service. The girl doing my lashes didn’t acknowledge me when i went to her station. I didn’t see her clean or sanitize her hands before starting the service. Also she was about to start before even asking me how i wanted my lashes done and after showing her a picture of what i wanted done i ended up with lashes that were not even close to what i asked for. As soon as i left the lashes started falling out and later that night more fell out. I had gaps in my lashes within a few hours! I called to get them fixed and when i went back the owner looked very annoyed for having to fix them even though she admitted that the style was not what i asked for and if i wanted my lashes like the original picture i showed the other lash tech she would have to charge me a whole new set! Anyways the owner filled in the gaps and i left somewhat liking my lashes. It has now been a week and SO MANY have fallen out. I have gaps in my lashes after ONE WEEK of taking care of them ! Critical:QualityI’ve gone there twice and both times I have lashes falling off within the first few hours. I typically get volume but after about a week there are so many gaps it’s ridiculous. They’re affordable but I would spend my money elsewhere to get better lasting lashes. Also emailed them about my issues and never got a response.Service:Eyelash extensions
