The appointment not starting on time was not the fault of the medical provider. I did sign in four minutes late but the registration staff never called my name. After ten or fifteen minutes I wound up going to them.

All the staff at the BW primary Care in Eldersburg are excellent!

I have yet to have a bad experience at Lifebridge Eldersburg.

She is very good and always calls if you have a problem. We are very happy with her

My provider is always nice. Interested in my answers to her questions and answers my questions to her.

Kerri, her nurse, and staff were timely, knowledgeable, and attentive. They efficiently addressed the issue I was having and allowed me to get back home to rest without having to wait a long time. Everything was well explained, which u appreciated.

Kerri Davis is a wonderful clinician. The whole staff is friendly and kind.

I've been going there for 30 years and wouldn't change unless new providers were not as well experienced as I currently see. Some providers that I have had to see because mine were unavailable did not make me happy so I scheduled a second appointment so I could see my provider. The person that sees you all the time, knows you as a person and patient and treats you better . By better I mean , gives you the right treatment to help with what you went to see them for.

As always , everyone from front desk to medical assistant to Kerri went above and beyond making me feel comfortable, and taking time to answer questions , concerns and and making sure I am up to date on all health matters. Just the best bedside manner!!

Love Kerri. Think of her as not only my doctor but also a friend and confidant.

Kerri seemed rushed. Spent very little time with me. It's like she has a time limit and can only discuss the reason you are seeing het today. I would rather have more time to discuss total health in a larger scope.
